Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Standard stamping parts are shipped about 15-30 days after payment. For customized parts and stamping dies, we will confirm the delivery date with you.
Q: Can you provide some samples?
A: Yes, we can provide stamping parts samples and stock samples for free. Mold and mold accessories samples are not available. Customized samples require payment. Please understand.
Q: What does your company need before submitting a quotation?
A: 2D/3D drawings or samples, and provide the following information, such as material, quantity, process requirements, surface treatment, equipment requirements, etc. Since most products are customized products, we need customers to provide as detailed product information as possible so that we can provide accurate quotations and product services
