Stamping die precautions:
During the stretching process of the stamping and stretching die, due to excessive tangential stress, the periphery of the die loses stability, resulting in uneven wrinkles on the edge of the product. This phenomenon is called wrinkling.
When wrinkling is severe, it will also make it difficult for the material to pass through the gap between the die and the punch of the stamping and stretching die during the stretching process, increasing the tensile deformation force and even causing cracking.
The way to avoid wrinkling during the processing of the stamping and stretching die is to use a pressing ring.
