Spherical head: usually processed by hot forming method, the steel plate or steel strip is sent to the spherical forming machine for stamping after being shaped.
Outward convex head: the commonly used method is hemispherical stamping, the steel plate is placed in the stamping die for stamping, and attention should be paid to pressure control to avoid excessive stretching of the material.
Flat head: the production process is relatively simple, and it is processed by shearing and bending stamping.
Cone head: It is made by injection molding, first making a plastic plate and then injecting aluminum alloy and other materials for solidification.
